Meghan recently added yoga to her therapeutic toolbox. Meghan weaves her trauma-informed background, principles of inclusivity, and knowledge of human-animal interaction to meet you where you are at, on & off the mat. Providing a containership for your personal growth, she guides you to stretch into the deeper parts of your body, mind, and soul. Students will learn to connect with themselves, using group practice to reflect what is hardest to see.
